Em began her digital journey by setting up her own ecommerce business at 24. With a passion for digital transformation and tech for good, she has spent the past 13 years as both a consultant and in-house digital champion for SMEs and corporate worlds alike. Em has now been in Product Management for 5 years, holding leadership roles at Sky, Dell Technologies and currently at the BBC.
Outside of her day-to-day role, Em is a huge advocate for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programmes and champions Learning and Development initiatives within the workplace. She’s also a public speaker, registered STEM Ambassador, a mentor for women and young people in technology and an official facilitator for #IamRemarkable by Google.
