Elisabeth is an accomplished senior commercial leader, with a proven track record in the digital industry since 1997 across SaaS, marketplaces and e-commerce. She now engages with companies as a Non-Executive Director and Product Leadership Coach. She has held senior leadership roles within VC and PE backed start-ups as well as major global companies such as PayPal, eBay and RELX. There, her leadership played a pivotal role in growing a portfolio of AI-enabled B2B products, generating annual revenues exceeding £1 billion.
Elisabeth’s impressive career now spans Product Leadership Coaching, Angel Investing, and Non-Executive Directorships. In 2022, she joined the board of esure, a leading UK automotive and home insurer owned by Bain Capital.
As a leader on product innovation, Elisabeth actively contributes to responsible AI initiatives. She was a member of the European Commission High-Level Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence & Ethics and currently serves on the AI Ethics Steering Board at Digital Catapult.
In the startup world, Elisabeth has been an avid angel investor since 2011, supporting over 35 startups as product advisor or board member.
She holds an Applied Mathematics MSc from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ParisTech) and an MA in Marketing from ESSEC Business School.
