Brewing Conversations Over Coffee at InMobi

Innovation and ideas of great magnitude are often brewed over a candid conversation over a cup of freshly brewed coffee. Our Conversations over Coffee (CoC) initiative, gives every InMobian globally the chance to interact with our founders and leaders who intrigue, influence, and inspire them.

A period event, CoC only requires InMobians to block a session with the leader of their choice and catch up with them in the cafeteria and talk about all that’s on their mind. Discussions on personal growth, organizational growth, or talking about a simple idea that one thinks is the next big – such conversations happen with a candid flow and materialize beautifully, as the aroma of coffee and the music sets the perfect atmosphere for the event.

CoC is based on the idea of providing a platform for conversations with leaders. While work-related conversations happen every day, such an event encourages InMobians to talk about topics that go deeper and carry substance for individuals on both professional and personal levels. Getting an idea about different roles and responsibilities brings a new perspective to the table and leads to innovative thinking. With CoC, we aim to drive real connections and build an atmosphere that encourages conversations beyond work.
