This report explores the key lessons that can be learnt from these organisations’ reactions to the pandemic, including actions businesses can take forward when the world starts to return to business as usual.
It also draws on insights from Econsultancy and Marketing Week’s ongoing Marketing Through the Crisis tracking surveys conducted in March and April 2020 among more than 2,000 marketers, to identify the high-level impact of Covid-19 on marketing strategy.
