2023 Adobe Digital Trends case study
Digital Trends is one of the biggest, most important research series of its kind. Over the 13 years we’ve worked with Adobe, we’ve surveyed over 130,000 executives to uncover the trends driving customer experience and opportunities shaping the digital economy.
This year’s edition illustrated how brands embracing creativity across their ideas, processes and technologies empower teams to adapt to changing customer demands, overcome friction in content creation and delivery, and deliver more meaningful activation and interaction.
Following the launch of Digital Trends 2023 in January, we delivered a further eight reports tackling trends by industry (Retail, Media & Entertainment, B2B Tech), Adobe product area (Content, B2B Journey Management, Work Management and Data) and region (APAC).
This included a new line of visual ‘snapshot’ reports blending actionable insights and analysis with engaging ‘hero’ imagery. For the first time, we also created a bespoke data dashboard for Adobe teams to access survey results beyond the reports.
From webinars to conference presentations at Adobe Summit (in both the UK and the US) to roundtables at Econsultancy Live, Econsultancy supported the global rollout, generating excitement and engagement with Adobe’s target audiences.
The results:
- The worldwide tally of qualified marketing leads was 85% of the yearly KPI goal.
- The number of qualified marketing leads from the Americas outstripped Adobe’s annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) target by 135%.
- Web visits from the Americas grew by 38% year-on-year, with visits from the Asia Pacific region increasing by 36%.
